After 2001, two young graduates vision to start a consultancy firm, based on their academic, field and on the detailed case study of disastrous earthquake of 2001, at Kutch in Gujarat experience regarding the incompetence practice without relevant byelaws, mal construction practice and non exposure of contractors, architects, engineers to disasters in terms of engineering concepts.
This lead to the birth of Bhagat & Associates whose mission is to set forth proper practice in engineering, making awareness to the people, builders, architects to understand the nature, kind and behavior of building and their requirements.
