In individual capacity, he is working as consulting Civil & Structural Engineer. He has guided clients for testing of building materials, soil testing, preparing a quality assurance plan for ongoing construction. He undertakes consulting works for challenging structural design, architectural planning and design, repair and strengthening of buildings, proof checking of structural designs, etc.
He is few of the Valuers registered with IBBI. He is also registered as a valuer U/S 34 AB of the wealth Tax Act. For over ten years he is actively involved in valuation of immovable properties. He has a long association with H. T. Shah; who is senior Govt Registered Valuer in Surat and South Gujarat region. He has prepared various types of valuation reports for financial institutions, corporate bodies, capital gain tax, visa purpose, etc
Under his leadership, the firm SHAH ASSOICIATES has rendered structural design services for many projects with emphasis on seismic analysis and earthquake resistant structural design to Private, Government, Semi-Government and Corporate Companies. It covers various types of High rise and low rise structures including residential/commercial buildings, public/institutional buildings, Health care buildings, industrial buildings, hydraulic structures, pedestrian bridges, retaining walls, etc.
Under his guidance the firm started Non Destructive Testing facilities for concrete structures in Surat during the year 2001. He has participated and guided many jobs of Non Destructive tests of concrete, including Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity Test, Rebound Hammer Test, Half Cell Potential Test, Cover Meter Test, Chemical tests for pH, Chloride and Sulphate Content, Core tests, Compressive Strength tests of Concrete, etc. He has contributed to overall development of the firm including financial growth and Capacity building. He is actively involved in overall planning, design and management of various types of civil engineering projects.
- Overall management and administration. Responsible for managerial and administrative affairs.
- Preparing structural design from concept stage to final design stage considering local authority regulations and prevailing codes of practice, including detail analysis, design and drawings using software like STAAD, STRUDS, ETABS, AUTOCAD, etc.

The car park building is having a total area of about 150,000 Sq. Mts. It is a unique structure where all floors are having staggered wave surfaces. It will accommodate 3000 vehicles and has provision for future expansion for another 2000 vehicles. It is a complex comprising of various buildings like MCB, NMCB, Q-Tel, etc. All buildings are RC structures. They are designed for moderate threat level of terrorist attacks. - Supreme Education Council Head Quarter
It comprises of various buildings for supreme education council. Approximate floor area for all the buildings is about 75,000 Sq. Mts. It comprises of large Car park. All the buildings are having oval shape in plan. - Melamine Plant and Warehouse Buildings
This project comprises of various plant buildings having total surface area of about 90,000 Sq. Mts. Super structures of all buildings are of structural steel while sub-structure is of RC. Most of the plant buildings are having RC pile foundations. It is also having a warehouse building and local control room and substation building. - Dubai Metro Green Line Depot Buildings
This involves structural design of 17 buildings for maintenance and repair of metro trains. Total area for all the buildings is about 75,000 Sq, Mts. Most of the facility buildings are in structural steel while office buildings are in RC. - Convention and Exhibition Center, Doha, Qatar.
