    Responsibilities included

    Dharam Bhagat oversees managerial and technical aspects of structural engineering projects, from conceptual design to final execution, ensuring compliance with regulations and codes using tools like STAAD, STRUDS, ETABS, and AutoCAD.

    He coordinates with architects, clients, and authorities, supervises engineering teams, conducts quality checks, and facilitates staff training. He also prepares property valuation reports and began his career under noted structural engineer Mr. Hiren G. Desai before becoming a full-time design engineer in 2000.

    Key Projects and Professional Milestones

    With over 25 years of experience, more than 300 structural design and consulting projects have been executed under his leadership—ranging from RCC, pre-stressed, and steel structures to high-rise and low-rise buildings. His expertise spans residential, commercial, industrial, public, and institutional developments, along with hydraulic structures, bridges, and rehabilitation projects, covering over 2 crore sq. ft. of built-up area.

    Under his leadership firm has completed more than 2 CR. SQFT of projects of various sites and scale.
